Finding a Person

The most common method of finding a person is to:

and then press the search button.

This will return a list of all the people matching the request.

From the result choose one of the results to get further details, by clicking on the hyperlink Surname. If you select the wrong result either:

  • press the back button on your browser to return to the list, or
  • select refine search(which is at the bottom of the page) to return to the search page.

To limit the search enter more details into individual fields (ie telephone number, location).

The system will cater for obvious errors:

  • spelling
  • common nicknames (ie Bill and William)
  • contact numbers
