Finding a Role or Resource
The Role or Resource is a common description of distinct groupings (ie meeting room, help desk)
The most common method of finding a role or resource is to enter:
and then press the search button.
This will return a list of all the units matching the request.
From the result choose one of the results to get further details, by clicking on the
hyperlink Unit name. If you select the wrong result either:
To limit the search enter more details into individual fields (ie telephone number, location).
The system will cater for obvious errors:
Alternatively try the same search in the function or service field.
